Coaching in the Active People Survey

The primary aim of this study was to analyse each wave of Sport England’s Active People Survey from 2006 to 2016 to understand the tuition/coaching and volunteer coaching questions in greater depth

The analysis involved questions around receiving tuition/coaching and volunteering in coaching. These questions were analysed by sport, key demographic characteristics and other relevant variables.

Below you’ll find the full paper and summary of the results presenting the key findings.
