As the leading voice of coaches across the UK, it is our responsibility to advocate for equality of opportunity to all, and to create equitable and inclusive environments within coaching and all forms of sport and activity delivery.
Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. The report outlines that more needs to be done by everyone in the game to create a more equitable and inclusive environment.

Additionally, UK Coaching places great importance on the safety and well-being of all individuals involved in sports, prioritising these aspects through the principles of Duty to Care.
