This eLearning course will give you a firm foundation of knowledge about the importance of talking about mental health and well-being, and how it can specifically be helpful for the people in your coaching environment.

You will also learn practical tips to help you establish an environment at your sessions in which open conversations can be initiated, and how you personally can encourage and facilitate them.

This will enable you to not only support participants with mental health concerns more effectively, but also to establish an encouraging and supportive environment for everyone in which conversations about mental health are simply considered to be the norm.

As part of the course, you will need to complete a short knowledge check. This will give you an opportunity to test and confirm what you’ve learned and consider how to apply it in your setting.
