Safety is a fundamental principle that should be applied to everything you plan and deliver. Safe coaching is great coaching.

The Safe to Practice eLearning series can give you the knowledge you need to create a safe and nurturing environment for your participants, essential to supporting them to achieve their potential.

You will be guided through the exploration of 15 key principles of safe practice, encouraging you to reflect on and review your coaching practice and delivery, ready to make any tweaks necessary to elevate your sessions.

Series of Three Courses

This comprehensive series is comprised of three courses:

  • Creating a Safe Environment.
  • Creating Safe Sessions.
  • Safe Deployment of Coaches, Volunteers, and Helpers.

  • This series is suitable for all coaches who want to increase their knowledge of safe practice to benefit their coaching.

  • Each course is self-paced and lasts approximately X minutes. You will be able to access them whenever you want, fitting them in around your lifestyle and commitments; there’s no requirement to complete them in one sitting.
