Women into High Performance Case Studies - Louise Barron (Triathlon)

In this podcast, we spoke to Louise Barron, head coach of the University of Birmingham triathlon team, who was selected for UK Coaching's Women into High Performance programme.

The programme supports female coaches who have been identified by their governing body of sport as demonstrating the potential to transition into the performance coaching environment.

Louise kindly spoke to us about her experiences on the programme and why she'd recommend it to others.
